What is LiveHelp?

LiveHelp helps you find information on
You talk with a Web site specialist by typing your question. Your question is sent immediately to the Web site specialist, and the Web site specialist quickly sends you the location of the information you're looking for, if available. (This is also called "chatting" or "instant messaging.")
LiveHelp is a project of the Minnesota Legal Services Coalition, the Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Minnesota Judicial Branch.

How does LiveHelp work?

LiveHelp is convenient and easy to use. Just click on the "Live Help" button on any page on to begin.
You do not need to download or install software.

What types of questions can I ask?

Is LiveHelp Section 508 compliant?

LiveHelp uses LivePerson's Timpani software, which meets all current guidelines for compliance with Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C.-794d) and ADA Guidelines.
The LivePerson software is designed to work with standard assistive technology hardware (such as specialty keyboards and Braille readers) as well as operating system technologies (such as stickykeys and mousekeys.)
