Anishinabe Legal Services - Indian Law Cases
Anishinabe Legal Services provides free legal advice and help with filling out forms to low-income people in some Indian Law cases who live on or near White Earth, Leech Lake, and Red Lake Reservations. For example, we help with:
- Civil forfeiture (of money or vehicle)
- Sovereignty and jurisdiction
- Tribal member rights
- Tribal public housing
- Indian Child Welfare
- Indian Land matters
