Statewide Updates on Benefit Impacts: On Friday, Nov. 7, the Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) issued full November SNAP benefits. The next day, DCYF was instructed by the USDA to undo actions to issue full SNAP benefits. DCYF is evaluating these circumstances and will share any updates on their website as soon as they become available. The state will still pay the cash part of MFIP and WIC. Food Resources

On Friday, Nov. 7, the Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) issued full November SNAP benefits to recipients at the direction of the USDA. On Saturday, Nov. 8, the USDA then required states to immediately undo actions to issue full SNAP benefits.
