On Friday, Nov. 7, the Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) issued full November SNAP benefits to recipients at the direction of the USDA. On Saturday, Nov. 8, the USDA then required states to immediately undo actions to issue full SNAP benefits.
