$600 for Minnesota Farmworkers and Meatpackers
People who worked on a farm or in meatpacking plant in Minnesota can get $600. The money is from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Farm and Food Workers Relief Program. It is to help workers with expenses they had because of COVID-19.
Apply if you worked on a farm or in a meatpacking plant anytime between January 27, 2020 and May 11, 2023. You do NOT need immigration papers to get the money. You have until September 30, 2024 to apply for it.
