Hennepin County Self-Help Center

The Self-Help Center can help with family law matters, such as divorce, custody and parenting time, as well as general civil matters, including harassment restraining orders, name changes, civil and conciliation cases, landlord/tenant matters, and criminal expungement. Services include providing court forms and tools to help complete them, answering general questions about court processes and procedures, reviewing completed court forms, and helping people prepare for their day in court.
