LegalCORPS provides free legal advice, brief services, and limited-scope representation to low-income inventors in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin who are seeking to patent their inventions with the USPTO. LegalCORPS provides free legal advice and brief services for any income level. Limited-scope representation patent services are restricted to people whose gross income is 400% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines and below.
