Learn about the Children’s Passport Issuance Alert Program (CPIAP). If you join the program, it authorizes the State Department to contact you to verify whether a passport should be issued to your child. The State Department may also notify you of a pending passport application. Your child must be a citizen or qualify for citizenship to be enrolled.
