Legal Services State Support (State Support) keeps up this website. We help Minnesota’s legal aid programs work together to help more people. The free information on this website is part of that work.

Legal aid lawyers across Minnesota review the legal fact sheets and booklets on this site at least once a year so we can keep them updated.

State Support and legal aid offices double-check program listings in the Providers & Clinics search tool at least every 3 months. You can see when a listing was checked by looking for the date after “Last Updated.”

There are lots of laws and programs, so sometimes we may miss changes. If you see something outdated, tell us.
