Anoka Housing Clinic
Lawyers are available for free consultations every Monday and Wednesday. Lawyers can provide you with brief advice about a variety of housing issues including eviction, repair problems, eviction expungement and more.
Meetings are held in one of the conference rooms outside of Courtroom 411.
You must be financially eligible to meet with the lawyers. See the Application Process tab below for more information.
The Anoka County Courthouse is still open and hearing some housing cases. For a list of cases still being heard, please see the Minnesota Judicial Branch website. CMLS attorneys are available for virtual Zoom consultations at this time. Please see the Application Process tab for details.
