Application for Certificate of Citizenship (N-600)
Form to fill out to apply for a Certificate of Citizenship. This is different from becoming a citizen (naturalization). The Certificate of Citizenship replaces one that you received upon naturalization and lost or to prove citizenship for children who received citizenship when their parents were naturalized.
