Legal help for military members, veterans and their families

One of the most important steps you can take when getting ready for court is getting your evidence together and using exhibits. The court has a way for you to do this called the Minnesota Digital Exhibit System (MNDES). It’s a website to upload your evidence. The link below has info on the rules of evidence and MNDES. The last tab on the page has a link to the MNDES website. Make sure you read everything carefully because the rules can be complicated.

Minnesota's Frontline Worker Pay gives some workers up to $1,500 for work they did during COVID-19. You needed to apply to get this money. If you were denied, you had until August 31, 2022 to appeal. They plan to send out payments in Fall 2022. Learn more about the Frontline Worker Pay Program.

Use the Consumer Assistance Request Form if you need help with a problem like unsatisfactory service, bill disputes, or other concerns. When you fill out the form, the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office contacts the organization on your behalf.
