- CCLI's new lawyers can help you with just one part of a case, which lawyers call "unbundled services." They can review a document for you, draft a document for you, coach you for a court appearance, write a letter, or help you negotiate with someone.
- CCLI's new lawyers offer traditional full representation (hourly fee) at competitive rates.
- CCLI's new lawyers may offer a brief telephone or office consultation to provide limited legal advice. A consultation fee will be charged; the fee may be credited to your bill if you retain the lawyer to provide more services.
- CCLI's new lawyers may offer certain services for a flat fee up front. The flat fee means you know exactly what you will be paying for the service.
- CCLI's new lawyers recognize that not everyone has the same ability to pay for legal services. If your income falls at or below 300% of the federal poverty guidelines, our lawyers may be able to offer lower hourly fees depending on your income.
